Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Velaro product! However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help.
• Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: The item must be unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of Damage: To process an exchange for a damaged product, a box-opening video is mandatory. This video must clearly show the unsealing of the parcel and the damage found. Without this video, exchanges for damage cannot be accepted.
• Process:
1. Email your request to support@velaroindia.com with order details and the video proof.
2. Our team will review and arrange for pickup or replacement as applicable.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized, discounted, or clearance sale items cannot be returned.
